A fee of 15 Euros may apply for changing the address if it is incorrect or if delivery is to a different address.
All orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day after payment is received. However, during peak season, orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt (excluding holidays or rest days).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping country and the weight of the goods. Please check the specific costs on the checkout page. We support multiple logistics methods such as DHL, UPS, etc.
I entered an incorrect address in the delivery details. Can I change it?
If you accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately to change your information. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change your information or resend your order. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information is correct before making a purchase. We take no responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address.
If you have entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the changes.
Shipping Times (Standard Shipping)
Due to geographical differences and strict customs regulations, the standard shipping time varies from country to country. On average, the shipping time to our main shipping countries is 3-10 business days.

14-Day Return Policy
Our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order (details below). You have the option to exchange the returned goods for another item, credit the amount to your account for a future purchase, or have the amount refunded to your credit card.
You will need to pay the shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. The refund conditions are listed below.
Returning the goods
If you would like to return an item, please send us an email. Before you email us, please read the following:
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes, and hang tags must be included.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you insure your package and obtain a tracking number before returning it to us.
Cancelling an Order
If you place an order with us and decide to cancel your order while it is on the way to delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Once the package has been shipped, you will need to pay for shipping to and from your location. A restocking fee of 15% will also apply for cancellations. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before returning your item.
Items Damaged During Transport
Although we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the products are packaged in good condition, damage may occur during transport from our warehouse to your destination. If your product is damaged during transport, please notify us and the carrier immediately. Transport damage must be reported to the carrier and us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Take photos of the damage and ask the carrier for a confirmation or damage number. Do not throw away the original packaging.
