A: The electrochromic glasses of the Pro series feature an integrated electrochromic control circuit. The manual tint adjustment is based on these internal electrical connections. Therefore, this model does not support lens replacement by the user or the creation of custom prescription lenses.

Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the lenses may damage the internal electronics, impair functionality, or pose safety risks. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly is not covered by the warranty. If you have special vision needs, please contact our customer service in advance.

A: Unfortunately, this smart glasses model does not support AR functionality and does not have a built-in display.

A: No subscription is required. All future feature updates are free. We recommend keeping your app up to date to take advantage of the latest features.

A: Yes, you can activate the voice assistant to take photos using voice commands.

F: What controls are available on the glasses? Can I adjust the volume or change songs?

A: Yes. You can control the volume, pause/resume playback, switch tracks, answer/end calls, and take photos or videos using the arms of the glasses – all through buttons or touch controls.

Q: What are corrective lenses?

A: Correction glasses are individually made according to your prescriptions and feature high-resolution single vision optics with blue light filter and photochromic (light-sensitive) coating.

F: Can I order bifocal or progressive lenses?

A: Yes, bifocal or progressive lenses can be customized to your vision strength and needs for an additional charge.

F: What is the maximum astigmatism that standard corrective lenses can cover? Are higher values individually adjustable?

A: Standard corrective lenses cover astigmatism up to -2.00 diopters (200 degrees). For higher astigmatism, please provide your complete glasses prescription – a custom adjustment is possible for an additional fee depending on the values.

F: Are there specific requirements for customizing photochromic lenses based on the prescribed strength?

A: Yes. When manufacturing photochromic lenses, the prescription must be specified in increments of 0.50 (e.g., +0.00, +0.50). If your prescription is +0.25, you can choose either +0.00 or +0.50 for photochromic lenses. If you want exactly +0.25, only regular (non-photochromic) lenses can be made.

F: What are photochromic lenses and how do they work?

A: These glasses use photochromic coated lenses that are clear indoors and gradually turn gray when exposed to sunlight (UV light). This provides protection against glare and brightness.

F: Can custom-made corrective glasses be returned or exchanged?

A: Since the corrective lenses are made individually according to your specifications, they can only be returned or exchanged in case of quality defects. Therefore, please ensure that your prescription is correct and complete before sending it to us.

F: Are standard lenses included in the package with custom-made corrective lenses? Can the lenses be exchanged?

A: Yes, the package still contains the original black and clear sunglasses lenses. However, once the prescription lenses are installed, they are securely mounted and cannot be removed by the user. If you need a replacement, please contact a professional to avoid damage.
