A: The Pro version of the electrochromic glasses features an integrated electrochromic control circuit. The manual tinting function relies on these internal electrical connections. Therefore, this model does not support user replacement of the lenses or the creation of prescription lenses.
Unauthorized disassembly or alteration of the lenses may damage the internal electronics, impair functionality, or pose safety risks. Damage caused by self-disassembly is not covered by the warranty. For special vision needs, please contact our official customer service in advance.

A: Yes. For photochromic lenses, the diopter value must be specified in 0.50 increments (e.g., +0.00, +0.50). If your vision strength is +0.25, you can choose either +0.00 or +0.50. If you want exactly +0.25, only regular (non-photochromic) lenses can be made.
